ENERGY SAVING AGREEMENT

Both your utility company and Heat & Cool of Idaho recommend that you have your Heating and Air Conditioning equipment serviced by a professional annually. We offer Energy Saving Agreements to our customers to ensure a yearly cleaning and tune-up on each system.

New efficient systems are high tech to meet Federal standards, which increases the necessity for yearly maintenance. For example, the flame sensors on gas furnaces need to be cleaned yearly. It might continue to work, but instead of it sensing the furnace lit on the first try, it might take 2 or 3 tries, which shortens the life of the ignitor and control board. To keep your air conditioner efficient the condenser needs to be cleaned yearly. It might still work when dirty, but your power bill will slowly go up, and life of the unit will slowly go down.

The benefits of our $149.00 annual Energy Saving Agreement include; reduced heating and cooling costs by up to $200.00 per year, extending equipment life by as much as 8 years, improved heating and cooling capacity of up to 25%, and safer operation. We service all brands of furnaces and air conditioners.
